Structure Approach Holdings Principles FAQ Contact Start a Conversation
Private Holding & Wealth Management

Capital held with the discipline of architecture, not the noise of a trading floor.

The LiveFree Group LLC structures, holds, and compounds capital for individuals, families, and closely held businesses who intend to keep what they build — across market cycles, generations, and structural change.

Illustrative only — not a projection, offer, or performance representation. Structure determines what survives a cycle; this diagram exists to show intent, not to predict returns.

The Structure

Three pillars hold everything we do. Nothing here is decorative.

Not a sequence — a standing structure. Each pillar operates continuously, not in stages.

A

Structure

How capital is legally held — the holding company, the entities beneath it, and the agreements between them — determines what happens to it under stress. We design the structure before we discuss the strategy.

Entities · Agreements · Control
B

Capital

Once the structure is sound, capital is allocated with a bias toward what compounds quietly — operating businesses, real assets, and long-duration positions — over what merely moves.

Allocation · Duration · Discipline
C

Continuity

A structure that only works while its founder is alive and paying attention is not a structure. We build for succession, transition, and the parts of the future none of us can fully see.

Succession · Governance · Time
The Approach

We work with a small number of principals, deliberately.

The LiveFree Group LLC does not manage a fund, and we do not solicit public investment. We hold and structure capital directly for a limited number of individuals, families, and closely held businesses, each engaged individually.

Every engagement begins the same way: with a conversation about what the capital is actually for — before any document is drafted or any entity is formed.

01

Conversation

We start by understanding the capital's purpose, time horizon, and the people who depend on it — not by presenting a product or a pitch.

No obligation · Confidential
02

Structural Review

We examine how capital is currently held — entities, agreements, exposures — and identify where the structure itself is the risk, independent of any single investment.

03

Structure & Allocation

Where appropriate, we design the holding structure and allocate capital within it, with control and reporting lines defined in writing from day one.

Governance documented before capital moves
04

Standing Oversight

We remain engaged — reviewing structure and allocation on a fixed schedule, and adjusting deliberately rather than reactively.

Scheduled review · Not market-driven churn
What We Hold

Capital moves through very few categories. That is deliberate.

We are not generalists chasing every asset class. Concentration in what we understand is a risk control, not a limitation.

I

Operating & Closely Held Businesses

Equity positions in operating companies where governance rights and long-term alignment matter more than daily liquidity — including businesses within the LiveFree structure itself.

II

Real Assets & Real Estate

Income-producing and long-hold real property, approached as a structural anchor for a portfolio rather than a speculative position.

III

Public & Private Securities

Direct positions and allocations managed with a long duration bias, sized to the structure that holds them rather than to short-term market conditions.

IV

Holding & Governance Structures

The entities, trusts, and agreements that sit above the assets themselves — designed for control, continuity, and clear lines of accountability.

How We Represent Ourselves

We would rather tell you what we don't do than dress up what we do.

Wealth and holding language is easy to inflate. We've chosen not to.

What We Do

State plainly that outcomes are not guaranteed. Any structure or strategy carries risk, including loss of principal.

Recommend independent counsel before any engagement — your attorney and tax advisor, not ours, review what affects you.

Put governance and control terms in writing before capital moves, in language a principal can actually read.

Say "we don't do that here" when something falls outside our structure or expertise, and mean it.

What We Don't Do

We do not publish projected returns, backtested numbers, or "target" percentages on this site or in materials sent to prospects.

We do not solicit investment from the general public, and this site is not an offer to sell or buy any security or interest.

We do not use manufactured urgency, artificial scarcity, or countdown-style pressure to move a decision faster than a principal wants to move.

We do not present illustrative examples, like the diagram in this site's header, as forecasts, guarantees, or historical performance.

Direct Questions

The questions people actually ask, answered directly.

No question here is decorative. If it isn't answered plainly, raise it in the conversation directly.

The LiveFree Group LLC operates as a private holding company. We do not hold ourselves out as a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer on this site, and nothing here should be read as an offer of advisory or brokerage services. Where an engagement involves activity that requires licensure or registration, that is confirmed in writing, in the specific jurisdiction involved, before any such activity takes place.
No. This site does not accept investment, process capital contributions, or constitute an offer to sell any security or interest. Engagements begin with a direct conversation and proceed, where appropriate, through formal documentation reviewed by your own independent counsel. Nothing on this site is a solicitation to the general public.
We do not publish or promise return figures, and we will not give you a number in a first conversation. Any structure or allocation carries risk, including loss of principal, and past results — ours or anyone else's — do not indicate future performance. If a conversation with us ever produces a specific return promise, that is a signal to stop and ask questions.
A limited number of individuals, families, and closely held businesses who are consolidating how their capital is structured — often after a liquidity event, a business sale, an inheritance, or simply the realization that their holdings have outgrown an informal arrangement. There is no fixed minimum published here; suitability is discussed directly.

Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a form submission into a queue.

Tell us plainly what you're trying to structure. A principal reviews every message directly — nothing here routes to a call center or a sales team.

By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy. This form is not a subscription agreement and does not constitute an offer to sell any security.
